First external drive ever bought back in 2003 will not spin up all the way. All I have left of this guy is one HOT shot! I think the name of the dude is Chip. If I knew the whole name I could do a better search in my recover software. His face is there but it is his perfect best spot that is in focus!

Of course, now I recognize not just the sweet spot! Your assistance helped....I got the whole set back! He is one of my faves yet I could not place the face! My attention was drawn elsewhere! Whew! -jk
