I've never had one but I've been thinking about it sense last Summer to get this extra jelly out.
I even when to youtube to see some vidz about it and it helped to understand what to expect if I ever do one. if you want to see one or more just type in colon cleanse in youtube and watch because it's really interesting.

Well do let us know what it's like for us curious ones
I think that's the same thing as "colonic irrigation" - there was a radio programme about it in the UK. People were taking it ever so seriously and even going specially to Thailand for a ten day (I think) course of it. Some people went back every year. But because they called it irrigation I couldn't help thinking of crops growing out their bums!
