I'm looking for a comedy gay themed movie form 1970's in the movie this guy is hiding from someone (the mob maybe but I'm not sure) he goes hide in a gay hotel not knowing what I is I think its like a sex hotel or something (I could be wrong) if any one knows the name of it that would make me so happy

The 1976 movie was called "The Ritz." A man takes refuge from his murderous brother-in-law in a gay bath house not knowing what kind of establishment it is.
The movie starred a number of well known actors of the time, most notably Rita Moreno as a third rate entertainer called Googie Gomez.
