Damn this cold, lol

Hey, y'all. I got hit with a little cold over the weekend. I'm not at that very sick stage - I'm actually better now than I was Friday - but my nose is runnier than a mothaf***a. Taking these pills are seemingly working on stopping it from getting worst. I always get these colds around this month. Anyone just happens to get colds during Octobers like me?

That feed a cold, etc is just myth. Hopefully I've had my cold for this year and that was back about 2 months ago!

^^ I don't know about garlic, lol But soup with pepper, two pills, cough drops and Robitussin seems to be doing the trick.

As Chris Rock said, Robitussin will save your life!

not really... but i did just recently get one still have congestion in my nose but im far better than I was doing last week :]

^^ Yeah I think that's what's going on: major congestion because when you cough and you have that problem, it becomes a problem for your body. Thankfully today, I woke up with the congestion going down. I twittered earlier that I wasn't going to let this become a full-fledged cold. I'm doing fine now.

I use to get a cold once a year but not recently *knocking on wood.* But I think my roomate has caught the oink flue. Taking care of a sick person isn't pleasant. I'm washing my hands so much, I'm going to have to probably treat my hands to some pampering and deep moisturizing.

Fuck that, I'd lock him in his room with a potty chair, some bottled water and a case of Ensure, then seal the door with duct tape and plastic...
