If you are a UK person you have probably seen this all in the news

The poor lad was only 4 years old and killed by his parents is a very wicked way

They had a kid (something I will never have) and they treated him like that. Make me SOOOOOOO mad and so sad for the little lad

Today both parents were sentenced to life in prison. I really hope they both have a VERY hard time in there. They are the SKUM of the earth.

They have been told they must both serve at least 30 years each in prison before any chance of parole.

30 years is not long enough if you ask me. What really saddens me about this case is how social workers ,teachers, paeditricians, Police etc. all seemed to overlook what should have been obvious signs that little Daniel was in serious physical distress. I mean he was one and a half stone in weight when he died for God's sake! RIP, little one.

I think any crime against anyone that results in death is totally uncalled for that the person or persons involved should be put to death immediately once found guilty in the eyes of the law--- he is a cute fellow by the way and to know people out there are abusing their kids out there like this and I am sure others out there being abused even worse-- speak up kids get help before it is too late--

I cant stand to see anyone doing things to kids--I once was driving by saw this guy whipping his kid in front yard in his underwear--I stopped grabbed my cell as I got out of my truck called the cops-- when they got there the guy had his kid in house as stood outside telling the cops it was his kid that he can discipline him any way he wanted--I looked in window saw him there crying one cop did too and said sir you are under arrest for child endangerment--

I got to see the welps on that poor boys back ass legs and stomach where the belt wrapped around the kid as he was whipped-- and this just angered me--turned out his mom was at work and the only thing the boy did was wet the bed and his dads answer to get him to stop was to do this--needless to say he got 10 yrs prison and for the boys mother she was in shock divorced the guy and got custody of the boy..i see him time to time on way to work --we are friends because of this and would do anything to anyone that hurt him again..

butthese crimes against kids need to stop they are young smaller than us adults and look up to us for support and safety--death by lethal injection would have given this boy justice but seems like justice is never in the cards anymore for the people that have died at the hands of another--

I agree with you.

The killers of this helpless creature, are not the only culprits.

Death is too good for them...

I think a few weeks of sleep deprivation combined with high doses of hallucinogenic drugs and a constant barrage of images from the crime scene and autopsy photos with a soundtrack of children screaming, until they're bat-shit crazy.
Then you amputate their arms at the shoulder, legs at the waist, sever their vocal cords, remove their eyes, and remove the bones from their ears leaving them completely deaf, blind, and speechless. Insert feeding tube, catheter, and colostomy bag.
Thus leaving them deaf, dumb, blind, and helpless with nothing but their own shattered mind for company. No chance for even a solitary moment of joy or happiness, no laughing at the jokes of another inmate, or favorite song on the radio, not even pizza in the prison cafeteria, nothing but pain, suffering and misery for the next 40 or 50 years...

And the best part of it is that it's cost effective. No prison security, no guards, you could keep them in a ward with just a hand full of staff. It's not like they're going anywhere...

I think people as a society--need to start taking up for these kids--we don't help these kids out now and they do manage to grow up and live--more than likely troubled kids into troubled teens that will reak havoc in everyones neighborhoods--and they minds will be where were these people at when I needed them--so if see a kid in trouble or being bullied please and I do beg please do whatever you can to help these kids--once they see that this isn't right and it isn't ok for adults to be doing this stuff to them then they will grow up knowing it is wrong..but if no one helps then in their minds they will think it is normal
