Depositfiles doing... nothing

I thought I'd pay for a depositfiles.com membership yesterday and since then, whenever I click on depositfiles.com download link or even just go to depositfiles.com... nothing happens. Blank screen.

I've tried clearing my cookies, clearing cache, etc, but nothing seems to solve it.

Has anyone else had the same problem? Do you know what I can do? I can't even complain to them, seeing as I can't access their main website :angry:

Just tried it, in UK, and d/loaded ok.. but yesterday I was accessing links via the russian depositfile site and had a couple of d/load breaks... it was also very very slow

If you continue to have no luck getting in contact with them what you should do is contact/complain to the support dept. of the billing service : CCBill; BillMyAccount; PayPal; Verotel, whichever you paid through.. they should be able to sort it for you.

Depositfiles.com is accessible here in central-east Europe. I hope your troubles will disappear. But I've never liked this host too much.

I've never liked Deposit files to begin with and threw a shit fit when it was put on the approved list. Now you know why...

It works fine for me. Have you checked the settings of your firewall/spyware programs? Maybe some are blocking the site.

Well it's working fine for me tonight... in fact it's d/loading approx 45% faster than Hotfile

Thanks for your input, everyone. I don't think it would be anything to do with my firewall, as I did manage to access it a few times after I paid for the membership and I've not changed anything since.

I've had a paid account with them before and it worked fine - perhaps a little slow, I must say. I shouldn't have gone for it again. If only more people would upload with Rapidshare... Beggars can't be choosers though.

Is it a UK thing, maybe?

can't comment on their paid service, only used the free service so far which was pretty crap!
Ridiculously long waiting times and often not accessible at all, so I figured their paid service would not be much better- looks like this is correct, looking at some comments- there are better service providers!
Rapidshare and Hotfile are not too bad and for free use, megaupload and mail.ru are pretty good, with minimal waiting times and fast downloads. Not bad at all considering it is the free option!

Dreadful file host. I don't know how they stay around, stopped even bothering attempting a download. I think the last one I tried took about 2 hours for an average sized file, something the others whip down in a fraction of the time.
