do you whistle while you work?

i do i have too in many ways..for one i have a song in my head and for another it make me seem friendly to others as i approach there door to knock on it lol

think about it..someone walking up to you whistling a happy tune..wouldent you be more comfortable?

I don't, but my dad did. He was the local lettercarrier for many years. Everyone knew the mail was here because they could hear the whistling mailman.

I have reasons not to whistle while I am working:
- my environment has no problems with gay people, but it is not done that an old guy like me whistles at a pretty boy;
- I consider whistling as a dull, restless and disruptive activity;
- I am retired, so I don’t work anymore, my activities now fall under the heading of hobby and whistling is not one of my hobbies.
