Song perfectly describes how I'm feeling at the moment. Some days are just not worth waking up for. Nothing major has gone down, or is about to, but I remember things or something small happens that means a big thing to you and you just can't help feeling down.

I feel ignored by those closest to me, insignificant, left out.
Music always helps me. I can always relate to songs, they relax me a lot.

Not everyday is a good day.

You're so right, samuelashley, music helps so much. I have to say that without music I may had not been able to through the bad days, when I'm mentally & physically so tired, especially after I lost my health.

World would be so much worse place to live without music...

Exactly my thoughts too pal, music really does act in strange ways.

Listening to the song I posted helps me to realise that there is light at the end of the tunnel, but if I listen to anything from Linkin Park, I tend to feel in a very aggressive mood.

I have a very strange connection music.

When I'm feeling down, I love listening to inspirational music as well as gospel music by certain gospel artists. Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams and CeCe and BeBe Winans songs usually hits home for me because of their lyric content. His songs always expresses what I may be feeling at a particular time and they usually ends with an encouraging message.

So why are you "Down and Upset"?

You are YOUNG FEE and ummm maybe SINGLE! and living in one of the gay friendliest places in the UK

I'm sure some people here will cheer you up. I know some people have been cheered up by you joining this place :)

I have been feeling down and upset for the past two years, and just cant budge! but hay sorry that is not a motivational things to say.

I just need someone in my life to cheer my up again!

Take it easy laddie!

Oh and there is some music I like to listen to when feeling down. Just Chillout music. Used to be a Digital Radio station called CHILL, but not broadcast here where I am any more. I think it is still broadcast in London. Not sure about Manchester.

Well maybe what will cheer me up is if my new batch of naughty DVD's come tomorrow. Was hoping they would be here today, but sadly no!
