Ever since I was young my dreams have been complete rubbish.Rarely about anything or anybody I know and completely bizarre.Never a nightmare but I am glad to get out of bed.Never lucky enough to have a sexy dream. They don't seem to be forged by anything I watched (film orTV)I never try to go back to sleep after waking as it gets worse.
People talk about dreaming in colour but I have never known if any colour or b/w is involved in my messed up nights.
Any of you guys have a similar problem?

Nope. My dreams are vivid , exciting , sad, excruciating, ecstatic and always recurring. Often I dream strange dreams, wake up, immediatlY forget them and the next night that very dream picks up where I left it. It's almost like an entirely separate life, a dream life and a real life.

No I'm not unhappy, stressed or have money problems. That is the strange thing nothing seems able to blame the dreams on.

Dreaming can be directly connected with waking life, but often the meaning & connection is indirect. Also the fact that you may be right or left brain dominant may have a compounding affect.
The 'interpretation of dreams' may be worth reading.

My mind and imagination are very forgiving with me. As a child, I used to have all sort of dreadful nightmares... I eventually lost my mind, and now I dream of colours, music and beauty. I dream of thing to come and adventures I neved had. Of starry skies and wintery, moonlit sceneries. Of oceans and days of excitement. I live in my dreams.

My mind is a beautiful place at times.

It's a shame the movie Inception was so shallow and stupid. Dreams are an amazing, mysterious part of the human experience. It's hard to imagine what's going on there. Sometimes, I imagine dreams are the way we connect to alternate realities. Random bits of temporal loops from of quantum realities. Other times, it is just bits and pieces of memory cobbled together in a way that allows the brain to process our day to day experience.

I've had some strange dreams, including dreaming my sister had a baby made of cling peaches and cream. It even talked.

Rare is the day I have wet dreams.... ah, sweet youth....
Although even those rarely played out the way I wanted. But when they did. -!!!!!! I was so disheartened to wake up, only to realize it was just a dream.

Most nights, I'd rather stay awake. My days are generally without worry or stress. But at night, I tend to dream Aliens or Giant Robots have come to earth for world domination. I'm running across fields where incredible swaths of sky are filled with menacing, attacking space ships or monsters.

I have had a recurring dream for years now where I'm responsible for the death of a missing person. And although I did not kill the person (?), I buried the person in the basement of the house I grew up in. Every now and then people come nervously close to discovering my shameful act. Last night, I dreamed I confessed the location of the body. The first hit of resolution to a dream I've had for years. I have no idea what it means or the significance of that moment. Although I woke to a great sense of relief.

The lure of Inception was the scene where the world folds on itself. I have dream images like that. Where I'm driving a car or standing on the top of a building. And the world suddenly drops off like its the edge of the world.

If I'm lucky, I dream I'm about to meet Joni Mitchell.

I do dream in color. What most amazes me about dreams is the power to create forms that have no origin in our waking life. I've dreamed art forms, imagined them so strongly I can still 'see' them while awake. How can one paint a painting or make a drawing in their sleep?

Of course, I wish some hot strapping man would walk through the door right now and force me down on his thick slab of juicy man cock.

If it happens, don't pinch me. :)

I often dream of aliens attacking or some type of disaster is about to happen. Most of my dreams take place in a hand full of locations, places I've never been before but they are so detailed and realistic. In one setting, I live in a town and own 2 houses. In another I have the ability to fly and that's usually how I get arround as it's quicker and more efficient. Only one setting closely resembles where I actually live, and latley I've been having a dream about a tornado destroying the local walmart - at 2pm.

Sometimes I have a sex dream involving a friend of mine. That dream happens rarely but I wish it was more often!

Over the past few years, the majority of my dreams are sexual. There are rare moments when I do not wake up from a dream with a major hard-on. However, these dreams are always about three specific individuals which somewhat boggles my mind. To say the least, over the past few years, these dreams occur on a daily basis.

I don't bank on sexual dreams. They're incredibly rare and I always wake up when things are getting good.

I usually dream about friends and family, and people or even pets I miss. I dream a lot about someone I have a crush on. Consumer goods and luxury items I can't afford are also a recurring positive theme.

Also, for some reason, until earlier this year, anytime I stepped on an elevator in a dream, it'd feel like it was spinning or being tossed about and I wouldn't be able to stand but instead be knocked to the floor. I remember that even in the earliest parts of childhood so it was a big deal for me when, early this year, I rode an elevator in a dream and everything was just normal. Also, tornadoes seem to be a recurring negative theme.
