embarrassing question !

so i had a bf for 2 years , we fucked at least twice a week, mostly i was the bottom , nothing got messy even when i didnt used enema !

but now (for the last 1-2 year) almost everytime im the bottom , things get messy ! even after a few time of enema ! and i got embarrassed alot !

so why is this happening!? i dont remember anything changing in my life, of course i was having kefir yogurt for a few month and it has effect on stomach and ... but why i still cant get clean?!
any sugestions !?

take a flush kit you buy at Walmart or nearby pharmacy--its got stuff to totally flush you out-- whats causing it is things are too moist so take something like benefiber or Metamucil once a day see if it helps--I know few guys that did it and it done good for them--

ask doctor--if don't want to tell him why just tell him that you don't feel clean after using bathroom-- he will more than likely say its irregularity and to take Metamucil or benefiber to help--for me benefiber works and doesn't create gas like Metamucil does

fiber suggestion isn't a age thing--I known guys in their twink ages that had same problem told them to take fiber--and it did the trick--- only thing happening is the foods you eat whether be too greasy too spicy cause irregularity in your digestive track---
