I have never heard of something so ludicrous.
OK, I probably have, but come on!!!

I had some horrible teachers over the years.
Entire year of Chemistry wasted for an entire class! Same with
English lit. and Geometry. I could have used those classes. They meant something at the time. Eventually the teachers were fired but to waste a whole year not learning anything.
Now someone thinks it's a good thing??? What drugs are they on?
If I had children I would want them to have the very best education. They can learn incompetence from pretty much anywhere, they don't need a teacher to waste their time in a classroom.
Oh, and by the way, what class does this fool think they should teach? Who should in fact determine what class everyone should take that they really don't need?
Math
Algebra
Chemistry
Geography
History.....
They all seem rather important to me, and I would hate to see a school have something link Algebra 1 two years in a row because the first year was so students learn how to deal with incompetent authority figures.
Oh, and one more thing. Just in case I read this wrong and I am way off base, it's because I also had incompetent teachers.
