why do you automatically set premium for file larger than 400MB without uploader permission??

i have set 900mb limit but still link is asking for premium??? link size is 890mb

Extabit support pls help!

Files more than 400MB auto set to premium download only, I tried to change back but cannot:

they should fix it or most of extabit users will be ban from forums

I just paid for a membership and could not log on after I followed their instructions on creating my password. I have sent 2 emails to find out what the problem is and they have not answered. I used the method of having them send me my lost password 8 times. Each time it says that "an email has been sent to my email address with my password". I have not had a single reply from them. They did take my money and told my my order number though using my sign-in email address. this really stinks. they took my money and I have no premium membership. You may want to think twice before you deal with them
