I tend to take this quote to heart. I am often the cheerleader among my friends and co-workers (Not in a bitchy mean girls way.) and will often be doing something to ease the tension even if for a second. Hell my mother and I were laughing at my Father's funeral. Most any negativity can be lessened by laughter and it is also an effective weapon. We can't be happy or serious all the time and no point in taking life too seriously you won't get out alive...
