Last month I upgraded my free account to premium. I took an annual subscription. At first everything went well and then all of a sudden all I get is the free account. There does not seem to any way of contacting them because on each attempt I am redirected to their support page which turns out to be totally unhelpful. Can anyone offer some useful advice or must we conclude that we dealling with a shady operation?
