I have used zippyshare for years but now that UK users can't use zippy does any one have any ideas on a free fast download. mega.nz looks promising but I am wondering if that would be allowed or not.

I have always been a big fan of mediafire - very easy to use and very fast and allows multiple d/loads to free users too so no waiting time between d/loads.... what's not to like?;):)
