Fileserve is back(?)!

hullo wasn't this actually a fileserve thread???

i'm still blocked there completely like many others who lost their account there... can't reach any link or their mainpage at least.
it only works via vpn or proxy so please move that service to the list of hosts who are blocked in some areas or who himself blocking their service for some countries
