Fileserve-uploads at peak time

So far I've uploaded 800+ files at Fileserve; since a few days I experienced that uploads at peak-time - right now for example - don't work; after a few MB the upload suddenly stops; mails to the customer-support are not answered.

Did anybody else experience this problem with Fileserve ?

Yes I have had exactly the same thing at different times, but not for the last week, then I don't post as much as you

I have written several times to support and have never got a reply.

Finally got an answer from Fileserve support:

According to our Tech team investigation, upload issues, and errors are mainly caused by connection error. When an upload is under process and connection has been interrupted, upload will stop and will save what has only been done. For such cases, we recommend re-uploading the file and make sure there won’t be any interruption.

finally got an answer from fileserve support:

So just like any and every IT help desk their advice is to turn it off then turn it back on again:rofl:

Uploding direct from the browser in fileserve was allways problematic.
I use for uploads only ftp upload with Filezilla .
It Is faster, it s free and can resume the interupted Files.
