I have tried for the past month to get this program working.. I have contacted FILESERVE over ten times asking for help. All automated, all thieving nasty sneaky ugly organisation. WARNING after a month your Paypal account is instantly debited (with no authorization) it so sucks especially as i couldn't get the crappy program even going.

IT SUCKS VILESERVE = PREMIUM RIP OFF

Well subscription is automatically created in paypal once you sign up for them for one month, that's why you have to cancel it in paypal. Or if you want, you can go through trusted resellers and just buy a voucher.

What program are you running to download from Fileserve?

Fileserve in the last weeks is givin A LOT of troubles to many people, personally, i don't like it..

they give very strict limits, are not open to communication at all, disable accounts without givin you reason (and without givin you back the money!)

so if you can, avoid them...
