Filesonic Premium Download Speeds

Heyas,

Just wondering if any of the lads out there with a filesonic premium account were experiencing slower than usual speeds.

I usually use internet download manager and get speeds of up to 1.5 mb/sec. Usually its at least 300 kbpsec.

But lately it's maxed out at 150 kbsec. I've used other hosts and the speeds maxs out at 2.2 megs (thats my max) so this is definitely a filesonic problem in my eyes.

I've used Jdownloader and other browsers, downloading at different times of the day, skipping downloading a day but all the same speed.

Any comment is appreciated

...mabe because everyone is moving from Mega and Fserve to Fsonic ... or a typical weekend peak ... just a hunch... :thinking:

... i just checked a random file from a thread ... speed is quite good in my current area (LU)

It's actually been occuring for quite a the last week and it's frustrating. Once you've had a taste of fast speeds, slow speeds tends to kill you.

I think you can ask for refund in both servers

I think they've taken cover; the entire week before I had problems of connecting to file after waiting time and, when I could connect, very slow speeds.

Don't know if anyone else is having problems downloading with fileserve and filesonic (where I have pay-premium accuonts). Any time I try to download a post I get a message saying I need to have been the original poster. If I owned the file why would I be downloading it? Is this some new crackdown or tactic?
This is the message:
"FileServe can only be used to download and retrieve files that you have uploaded personally.
If this file belongs to you, please login to download it directly from your file manager."
