Note: If you want to skip my rant and just read what my current problem is, read only what is in bold.
I just bought premium membership (30 days) with filesonic, using paypal. The payment went through and I got redirected back to filesonic. So thinking everything was fine and dandy, I went to download the file I wanted, but every time I clicked on the high speed download link it told me I needed to upgrade to premium. I emailed filesonic about the issue, but they didn't reply. So I tried buying premium again just in case I did something wrong the last time. Just like before, the payment went through (again) and I got redirected back to filesonic. I tried downloading, and AGAIN it told me to upgrade to premium. Then, I accidentally clicked log out. So I logged back in, and suddenly my account was premium. So I breathed a sigh of relief, and then went back to the download link. But again I was faced with ANOTHER problem! I clicked the link to download the file, and I got sent to a blank page with this message "You can not access this page directly. Please use the website to start your download or contact us in case of problem." The links to the file were working fine before I had a premium account, but I couldn't download them because I didn't have premium - but the page actually loaded so I know the files haven't all been removed. But when I'm logged into my premium account and go to the link I get sent to that page with that message. Of course, I sent filesonic another email about this problem (even though I don't expect them to reply because they didn't even reply to the message I sent about my other problem) I have tried internet explorer and firefox and they both give me the same message. Anyone know how I can resolve this or what the issue is??
I prefer hotfile and other file hosts, but the files I want are only on filesonic. Filesonic has crap customer service, lots of problems... and the only thing I am left with is a wallet that is slightly lighter.
