Firefox 57

Well today was the today. Firefox 57 came out and auto installed. All legacy add ons disabled.

So no more DownThemAll , well for the time being until the Developer Dude releases a replacement.

So........ Are there any GOOD download managers for Firefox that are as good as DownThemAll?

JDownloader is working awesomely for me. I takes a bit of work to configure it to your likings but after that it's great. I use for pretty much all my downloads including youtube instagram and facebook.

The thing I'm hating about the new Firefox is no more colorful tabs and addon bar at the bottom of the page. I'd say by the end of next week they'll new versions of those addons.

Thanks for the warning. I just went to my Firefox (56.0.2) and changed it to manual update. I'm not sure if it is what you are looking for, but I use Ant Video Downloader. Has always worked well for me.

Tried the "JDownloader" add on for Firefox, but it directed me to download the client. Which I attempted to do before AVG blocked the installer. It was riddled with virus/mallware.

AVG even uninstalled the add-on for Firefox!. Clever!

Any more suggestions

DownThemAll Dude is working on a lite replacement apparently. I cant wait
