Every year when it becomes summer, there is one I thing I absolutely dread:
Tiny little insects thats fly into your home at every opportunity and don't feel the need to leave but to annoy you to no end

They fly around making that stupid sound, try to fly inside your mouth,
land on your foot and suck your blood leaving annoying stitches ~X(

What do you think about it? does it bother you? How do you deal with it?
I know they are living beings and all, but I just want to kill 'em all. That's how much they annoy me.......

I live in the city. The bugs are few. I even have holes in my window screen, but don't bother to fix them.
My family has a cottage south of the city. Salt water marsh is nearby. That's where the horseflies breed. Also called greenheads.
These are big. And they bite. And it hurts!!! I get them any chance I get.

I found a way to put my particular skill-set to work fighting flying insect infestations...

I live in the countryside, so unidentified and identified flying objects everywhere. Inside the house an effective action is to cause draft (open windows and doors). Most of the creatures will disappear. At the moment I have a bumblebee nest under the roof tiles near my entrance door. I do not intend to take any action, because bumblebees are not aggressive and very useful insects.

Back home the big problem was with fruit flies, fucking things multiply so fast that once you get them after a few days it's like you're just walking through a fog of them. But where I am now there is a nasty bedbug problem, I'd rather have the fruit flies.

Not everyone is fond of those sprays. Go with nature :) lemongrass is good at keeping mosquitoes away while flies don't like mint. Have these two plants handy and they'll handle the hassle.

I was raised in the countryside and although I am not a fan of mosquitoes they really don't disturbs me that much. But they helped me a lot with my martial arts LOL... the goal was to catch them and kill them while flying. We even had contests. In my hometown we had all kind as well and it goes by period... at this moment I'd say it's the grasshoppers season... blackflies however they live through all summers... horseflies have the swarming period but it does goes down after few weeks and they are mostly starting matting during end of July. Bugs feed the birds so it's a natural circle of life.

The only bug I can't stand are Yellow Jackets... those vicious little fucks stud you for no reasons... and although I have been stunt many times by them... I'm sure if they had a memory they'd sue me for the numerous murder I did among their communities. LOL

Despite having drawn the loathing of humans, yellow jackets are in fact important predators of pest insects. (source: Wikipedia)
