oops, sorry, I`ve missed that Cozonac is a ....hmm...like a sweet bread - like cake we do for Easter mostly. it`s filled with cocoa and/or fruit jelly (a hard fruit jelly , I never saw it in Italy and I guess there isn`t any in Germany either) It has a lot of ingredients and you need to push the dough with your hands for about one hour Ingredients: 4 or 6 eggs/Kg of flour, sour cream, yogurt, snflower oil, lots of essences , yeast of course, cocoa, wallnuts, lots of patience and willing to do that
change it into SlimJim is under the influence of some old spirit (and I`m talking about scotch here ) shame on you Slim! Enjoying that tasty spirit without us...
