Hi Guys

I'm not to sure if anyone is experiencing this, where certain images that are embedded are showing in full size when they shouldn't be, i posted some pics early today and they were in the correct image size and reduce by the forum but now they are showing in huge full size?

I was wondering if anyone is experiencing this problem?

Added Note: My signature is also strangely disappeared as well, I tried adding it back on and i got a message saying " unable to save image"

Maybe a problem with java? If I forbid java-script the pictures don't get downsized.

hmm I'm not to sure about that, maybe that might be the cause of the problems I'm experiencing at the moment, do however I have the latest version of Java installed on both my Mac and Windows Operating Systems, I hope the technical problems i'm experiencing gets fixed soon. :hug:'s

It was just an idea. But since you bringt it up, I have experienced something similar with a pic I linked as weekend greeting for DBOL, which also is not resized.

Yes i know that it was an idea & Thanks for letting me know that you also experiencing the same problems i have with the images not resizing, I too also have that problem when i visit my profile with the already weekend greeting pics i received as well, I hope the image resize problem we both experiencing gets fixed soon :hug:'s

Also I have noticed some people are having issues with the THANKS button and not making the hidden links appear

PandH is being problematic, we are aware of it and it has been reported to the techie. We can all hope that the problem will soon be resolved.

my dear friend RefixnarcisM:heart: is talking about the picture he made on his signature that isn't showing at all :hug:'s I hope they fix all the problems including the signature feature and profile photo soon :big hug:

Added Note: All the embedded pictures that was showing in full-size on each post which shouldn't be, has mysterious returned back to normal ( as in all the full-size images are now been resized )

It seems that the resizing problem has been fixed but do say if you encounter it again.

All the other problems have been noted and passed on for action.

Yes i know that your signature picture isn't showing my dear friend RefixnarcisM:heart: :big hug: me too I also had a look at my signature setting too and it was also empty as well, and i have tried to get my signature uploaded to the forum but i still keep getting that error "unable to save image" I even tried to add the image link into the box by inputting

to embedded the picture but it didn't work the way i wanted it to, it just gave me the actual images web link instead but i haven't given up, I'm still going to keep trying until it works, I hope the problem with the signature settings for me, you and everyone here and the other problems will be fixed soon. :hug:'s

Aww that's alright squiggle:heart: you're always welcome anytime & thanks for letting everyone here i know that the resizing problem has been fixed and that the other problems have been noted and sent to the admin technician, and it's alright we will let all the staff here know if we encounter any new problems my friend :hug:'s and I want to say Thank you to all the Admins/Staff members here for working really hard to getting all these problems we have been experiencing for 24 hours fixed.

Ok, to be precise: I see the gifs that are uploaded to the forum, but links to pictures I only see as links.

Yes if you are referring to the gifs ( as in the smileys ) they have always be uploaded to the forum, it's just that some members don't use them and regarding about the links to pictures, well i was trying to manually embedded the signature picture by using the

code which enables the pictures to display but that option didn't work the way i wanted it too so it just gave me the link to the signature that i uploaded on my image host site instead :hug: & yes I wish everyone all the best and good luck and thank you to the admins/staff members for working really hard to fixing and solving all these problems we all have been experiencing for 24 hours.

Oh yes, I can really imgaine the hard work and headache, something people outside don't notice. It will take as long as it takes and we will adapt :cheers: and enjoy the new heavenly background. :heart:

Once I was mod in a forum, where a collegue wanted to move one single thread to another subforum but he accidently marked the content of whole subforums so he moved the threads (including hidden forums) into the main chat. That was fun, on about 10.000 threads... It was possible to restore it but it took some time and thinking.

Got my signature back. Yeiii! Although I wanna change it but there is this size issue. -37kb its TOO low. Make it less than 70kb would be ok. Then again, the forum wouldn't automatically resize my signature as used to.
And what with this long thanks, likes, dislike thingy next to the avatar picture?

Edit: Forget about that long descriptions next to avatar pic. Problem solves.
