Groups of Animals & Names
Groups of animals have certain names specific to the group, like flock of seagulls (both the avian and the rock band), a nag of wives, or a jerk of husbands.
These groups make sense, once you think about it:
Consortium of Crabs
Conspiracy of Lemurs
Convocation of Eagles
Parliament of Owls
and, of course
Congress of Baboons
sorry, baboons, that the US legislative branch of government has besmirched you.
