I have a few clips that are Xvid and Mp3 and only 20 minutes duration. Still about 250-270mb.

I like a quick hotfile or such download of about 125mb from gay heaven. Can I use something like VirtualDub to shrink down my 250mb vid to 150mb and still retain some quality? I want to compress the video but still let it be enlarged with some measure of quality.

I've gotten some decent vids from this site. How does everyone do it?
