Gayheaven server problems

Since the beginning of 2011, after I click to move to another page, or try to do a search, I get the message (on GH) "Server is too busy. Please try again later." This problem started very occasionally, but seems to be becoming more frequent. At first, I only got the message during daytime work hours; now, I'm getting it more and more frequently, at any time of the day or night.

On frequent retries, the message appears over and over, sometimes for as long as 15 minutes.

It's pretty obvious that you need to improve server performance, and add capacity. After all, the site is growing rapidly. This growth should be planned ahead. It's called "capacity planning."

Just a suggestion, folks. But it really is becoming a chronic problem.

I've been here just over a year and I can recall no more than two or three 'server is too busy' notices and they were quickly resolved.

I've known pay sites - which really should know better - with far more server 'issues' than Gay Heaven has ever had.

These are just occasional blips when the forum is very busy. It shouldn't happen too often

Since I came here, and I mean the date when I joined it happened sometimes, it happens more often but if you do search the forum.
