Another way to see this, although taxis are good, is that your mind is a host and your thoughts are the guests. You don't have to pay much concern to any annoying guests because as the Host U know they're going to leave.

That's even better although in real parties I tend to show wayward guests the door first before they can even think of leaving.

I don't think its the amount of time that count but the quality of it, especially me who can't sit still for 5 minutes. So, i do relaxation, mindfulness and stay simple... in short Zen
