i found keep2share is auto-recurring subscription.
after auto subscription, i don't get a Premium Account.
become a Free Account.
and, i can't cancel recurring subscription.

I'm sorry I'm not knowledgeable enough to help but thank you for sharing this with us. I won't be subscribing to them now.

Are you able to "open a ticket" after logging in, or tell your credit card to stop further payments?

Asfile cheated me in a similar way and wouldn't refund me either.
