having issues with downloading

Guys, help me I kept on having fail downloadings.

sites where I download Filemonster and Zippyshare were at the start of downloading it gets fast till it gets slow then the downloading will be complted even if its not then in Rapishare is just too slow(faster it could get 40kb/s) till is fails.

anything i could do? Aside from changing my internet provider because the internet isn't really that slow.

From what you say it sounds like you have no problems with the internet in general, but, all the download sites are being problematic. Is that correct?

If so, then I'm sorry to say that it sounds like your ISP is filtering what it considers "unwanted" traffic and prematurely terminating connections to download sites.
