these days i am freaking out.

a few weeks ago i visited a few times some blog with teen boys,it is not a porn blog,it contains pics of teen boys in shorts and underwear


yesterday i tried to go to this blog but it says it is banned due to child pornography.


am i in trouble now?will i have problems with police or law?

I don't think you have anything to worry about.

I guess that as you live in Croatia you will be under Croatian law .. my guess is you may only have a problem if you have downloaded any material that is illegal in Croatia.. but I will try and check this... we have other Croation members here,maybe they will be better informed than I.

If as you say they were NOT naked then there is even less of a problem.

I don`t think you`re in trouble. First because the blog was a free one and not a payment one. So anyone could get in a watch all those pictures. Even if you downl some pics or videos, if they weren`t stated as being picture/movies/clips with minors , i don`t see the problem. So, what, if that blog had 100.000 visitors, all of them will be in trouble? Nah, in trouble is the one who created that blog.When someone shares child pornography,he is responsible for the content he`s sharing and not the ones who dld from him/her.
Or..at least my opinion Somebody else may have a better opinion...who knows..

Not true, at least not here. You can be prosecuted just for having it (and quite right in my opinion) that's why you need to keep your cache cleared , although modern technology (depending on your local authority's budget etc) can go way down into a hard disc and find stuff you thought you'd long since deleted!

So never download anything that looks remotely underage!

Well, your provider keeps a log of whatever you do on the internet. There are some that don`t keep that log because it`s way too much space needed. But, according to the laws, if an authority asks your ISP to show them your log, they are forced to do so... Nowhere on the internet is safe.. But yes, like you said, only having pics or clips with minors can get you in trouble. The idea is: if you`re not sharing them, not giving them to anyone, how can someone tell you have those pics or clips? They always find those who own that type of pics and clips after they shared them or gave them forward to other people... I`m not saying it is OK to dld or watch those types of pics/clips cause it`s not.I hate those who have the heart to do those clips or take those pics...
