After submit captcha and click on "Download" button i have "You can not access this page directly. Please use the website to start your download" message. When click on USE WEBSITE i have "File deleted" message.

Since Megaupload is down, the other servers are putting strains on sharing functionality. So we have to find out for alternatives. I think when there are small files like PDF maybe we could spread them by email... Anyway it has to be some other options.
