It comes from a freebie CD I collected from a pride event. The CD was from GayTV, which used to be a satellite station in the UK. The film is called 'Aroused' and according to the opening credits was produced by 'Bubba films' and there is a mention of 'Zipper videos 1997' in the end credits. The actors are given with their first names only. IAFD has the film listed but with barely any info. The film is in between softcore and regular porn. It has sex acts but doesn't show much hard cock or anything very explicit.

If anyone can identify this guy please write in.

It could help a bit. I wasn't aware of that site. It gives more info than IAFD and i could try some of the other films linked to some of those names.
