hotfile problem with frozen downloads

Having problems with Hotfile downloads. Sometimes if a file is interrupted for some reason, it is impossible to download from hotfile for ages. Although deleted interrupted file, when I try download again of same file or others, Hotfile says you are currently downloading a file, which I am not.
Sometimes its frozen for hours or until next day. How can I solve this,to reset hotfile more quickly after interrupted download?

This has happened to me in the past with one or two hosts. I think the only way to clear it was to reboot.

Maybe just disconnect and reconnect might solve it.
