Actually, I almost never eat at restaurants--it has to be fewer than 10 times per year. I mostly eat vegetables, egg white omelets, chicken, and fish, brown rice and potatoes, or whole grain homemade bread occasionally as far as starches go. I only drink soda with restaurant food, so that's very rare.
Regarding McDonald's, I agree with gb2000ie's emphasis of the words 'odd' and 'bit': the 'food' itself is for the most part decidedly odd, and somewhere in those empty calories is a bit of nutritive value! :rofl:
