This past Monday, I was discharged from a mental hospital; I was in there for about a week. Before going in, I had regularly been having panic attacks and they weren't regular before a few months ago so I decided I should have myself evaluated.

I think so. They were really nice to me and connected me to a shrink and a psychiatrist before letting me go.

With voluntary admission you can leave at any time. They legally cannot hold you.

Good to hear that you are coming out of this experience with a couple more specialists on Team C750dt. I am a big fan of facing life with a posse at your side. It sounds like you are assembling your own Oceans 11 style band of experts.

While there, my husband and mom came to see me and she told me my late father regularly had panic attacks and I was the first in the family to seek medical help for them.
