Came across these last night, can't seem to find out which movie they are from. I think the first two might be from the same movie. I read on one site one of the guys is Zak Spears, but can't seem to find any title that would suggest police theme, but one, and those screen caps don't match any of these scenes. Can anyone help?

I believe this is a movie from the early 90s called Sex Crimes
starring Zak Spears (pic 2,3), Phil Bradley (pic 1), Steve Regis and many others.

The first two screen shots comes from the movie Total corruption not sex crimes.
The third one I think could be from a movie ..... i am not sure what the first word is but starts as "joint....
