Is Fileserve having problems?

Is it coming under the same kind of attack Hotfile recently suffered? Or is it just being cautious?

More and more Fileserve links are being deleted for copyright infringement within 24 hours of posting.

Anyone know what's going on? I thought it was specific to Yahoo groups (mostly the open ones) but it appears to be more widespread than that.

I suspect it's because porn producers are becoming more and more diligent about searching for download links and getting them deleted at FileServe. There are companies now that do nothing but search for new links and have them removed within a few hours of posting. They likely also know to watch for particular persons who always have very new content.

Mmmmm.... turned out to be someone with a grudge against a small number of individual posters and reporting every vid they offered up. The Yahoo group posts quickly resumed but two other sites at blogspot and wordpress (two of my best porn sources) were taken offline in a matter of a few days.

Bastard.
