Is Imagebam safe?

I was browsing a thread recently, and the person posted a preview pic of the screen cap on imagebam. Since the pic was small, I clicked on the thumbnail to see the larger image. But when I went to that site, a popup from liveJasmin.com appeared. I immediately close that popup..

So now I'm wondering, is imagebam safe and what about that liveJasmin popup? Are there any malware/spyware, etc from them?

And on a similar topic, can we make it a requirement that the preview pics must be viewable and clear in the post, without people having to click on the thumbnail to go to another site to view the larger image?

It's just an advertisement. There's no malware on it.

And we do tend to encourage visible caps within the thread.

A lot of sites have a livejasmin pop up ad, including our own PimpandHost, so it's quite safe

Livejasmin seems to be in 90% of my popups - they must spend a fortune on advertising.

Yeah, LiveJasmin is EVERYWHERE!
Just make sure you have anti virus software and even something like Adaware, just to keep your mind at ease.
