Is the "Amateur & Cam Clips" forum an open door to child pornography?

Clearly a large number of webcam recordings posted in the "Gay Amateur & Cam Clips" forum shows minors in explicit sexual acts, many with no more than 14/15 years old and even (pre)teens with sprouting or no pubic hair (11, 12, 13 years old).
I think this is an unpleaseant, even illegal, matter.
So, is the "Gay Amateur & Cam Clips" forum an open door to child pornography? I think so, and consequently if forum rules say "3.1. Content featuring models under 18 years of age [is Prohibited Content]", why is it allowed so many clips of 12, 13, 14, 15... year old minors in the aforementioned forum section?
I humbly think that forum rules (and in this case, civil laws) should be enforced.

I am sorry to disagree with you, but the staff takes EVERY precaution and tries to remove anything that appears to us to be underage.

the staff policy is that if even one member thinks a model is underage, it is removed. For those where there might be a question, then we get a vote from staff members and again, if one thinks the age is under 18, then it is removed.

Please bear in mind that many Asian models may appear to be underage, but in fact they are not.

Should you feel the staff is not doing a good job in this, we welcome you to click the report triangle and report what you feel is underage so we can deal with it.

I will second that. We are very hot on removing anything that is, or may be, underage.

All issues are dealt with very severely and nothing of this nature has ever, nor will ever be, tollerated on this forum!

The lack of pubes is an unfortunate current fad that will hopefully change again, but it does make some appear younger, especially when they are slight built.

As Voyager says, ANYTHING you consider innapropriate should be flagged up by clicking the report triangle next to the post.

Woah 12??? Are you kidding?, Perhaps in other forums my dude, but not in here, absolutely not in here. I am a dad (and so are other in this forum) my son is 10 and if I'd ever see a picture or a text suggesting pedophilia i'd be the first to report it. I'm mostly participating in the discussion area, but I do from time to time go around the forums and check the contents... Yeah some looks young, very young even but these webcams have been posted from sites which the user has to swear they are 18, the best example I can give you my friend of how looks can be very tricky... my boyfriend/husband Alex, is 25 years old... he looks 17 (NOT KIDDING) and I'm certain he's 25 I have his birth certificate in my wallet. Been 6 years with him and he hasn't age much either. He looks young, has no hair on his torso, mustache, beard... two or three hairs forms his facial area he does not even need to shave. And yet, YES he is 25 years old.

As for GH, and I can vouch for it, I am a member of many many many other forums, blogs, and other specialized websites and also an Administrator of few others, they have a team of very dedicated and effective moderators and administrators... things are dealth with quickly with efficacy. One question however, knowing that webcams are mostly a game for little twinks and bored house boys (most probably underage - but nobody can prove it), why are you clicking that way... I avoid cam4 because I have seen so much underage showing themselves that I had turn my wrist pressing on that report button LOL.

At last with 60 thousand users, and so many active (some will obviously slips in), the best to report is definitely to press on the report button, no harm done, and you can enjoy a kiddy free site:cheers:

As a former staff member, I'd like to add that if any member has concerns or evidence that a performer in a web cam or any other video is underage, all they have to do is report the post and the staff will review it to see if it should be removed. Also, any member that is suspected of knowingly posting underage content will have their IP address, user names and any other useable information turned over to the proper authorities. And finally, if the staff suspect that any member is underage, their account will be terminated until they can provide photographic evidence (i.e. a pic of themselves holding a legal ID and close up of the ID itself showing their birth date) that they are in fact of legal age.

The cam section isn't my thing, so I am not able to judge. But I am rather confident that the moderators do try to avoid child porn. It is very difficult to estimate age. I have kids and my youngest son (19) has a friend who is 21. This friend is unable to buy alcohol without showing his drivers licence, because all the people think he is 17. Besides the law is a bit hypocrite. Most youngsters of 16 have several real sex experiences, but they are not allowed to watch porn.
When I see a picture of video and I think that the actor is underage, I just don't download it. Simple as that.
