Do you remember the "Illuminatus" Books by Robert Anton Wilson? In the 60s they started an anarchistic psoydoreligious movement, called "Paratheoanametamystikhood of Eris Esotherik" a reiigion masked as a joke.
The RAINBO Cabal was one of the POEE Churches and i was a member.

Quite loosely, "The Seeker" was just a thing about what I call Divine Desperation, or just Desperation. And what it does to people.

It does fit perfectly well with the theme of sexual exploration, still..... (though I don't go around ransacking people's homes! )
