update - after many requests and broken hearts from korean fans he has returned to working in korea, independent of any of the management companies that dominate korean pop, and remaining based in the usa. his new 2012 album, 'New Breed' features a much tougher and deeper sound than the usual kpop, hopefully it will shake things up.
