Joining multi-part rar'd videos (part1.rar + part2.rar)?

I've downloaded one of Michelon's videos which was split in two. I downloaded 0230.part1.rar and 0230.part2.rar but now I don't know how to join them into one video. They can't play independently or be unzipped. I know how to use HJSPlit with the .001 extensions but this is different. I know the answer is probably somewhere here in Tutorials but I've searched and I can't find anything. Can someone please point me in the right direction? :?
