Just want to cut photos

I post items on ebay and need to cut the photos so its easer to look at
i use to do this inside of windows but windows 7 took that option away

I try picasa but all it wants to do is look for and updated & other photos on my harddive, (i dont like paint)

any tips for a simple program

Hey Hammer.. there is a way in Windows 7:

Open the pic with Windows Live Photo Gallery... the Crop tool can be found in "Edit, Organise or Share"

I would say Irfanview all the time, it is a great free program and there are lots of other things you can do with it.
