I have sent them 8 emails in the past 10 days and they have not answered any on them. I have lost 10 days of download time.
the problem is that they give me speeds of 30 to 80 kps for downloads as a premium member. that is when they are the only download company I am using. back 3 months ago they gave me speeds of 150 to 450 at the maximum. my other download companies (FILESMONSTER AND RAPIDGATOR) often give me speeds of 1.3 to 1.8 mps.
another problem that they have is that if I change browser from IE to Chrome they make me login anew and start over my login proceedures with new passwords. that is just plain harassment for paying premium membership!!!!! :angry:
they seem not to care about anything for premium members.:no:
