I never had adventures but I encountered funny things. I use a local college lockeroom. I've encountered a guy totally naked sound asleep on the bench where you change. No one else was in there , just me and this dude. He was face down and sound asleep. Perfect body, great ass, he finally stirred and woke up when I opened my locker.

I have encountered college guys on 2 separate occasions paying way too much attention to their balls in the shower. Washing their balls far beyond what is needed to get clean. Making a show of it.

Guys in the UK are very open about their bodies and mostly shower at the gym so you get very comfortable being naked.

I guess yours was a very low key team. Mind you, middle school is when you begin puberty awareness, so that might explain an absence of tumescence. Ours was a constant surge of teenage and young male adult hormones - and it was rare to see the locker room without at least a few woodies. As many athletic guys often do, we'd slap each other on the ass quite hard as buddy bonding, and joke openly about a guy not being able to stand close to a urinal, due to his erection.

Lots of guys now wear only the spandex tights/singlet and it's real easy to spot hardons in them. I've seen a number of wrestling meets televised and the cameras are often directed to shots of above-waist view - and that could only be to avoid showing a guy's wood.
