how can they photoshop this picture to the point they change his tattoos placement to the other arm? (assuming that my knowledge over technology/edition is slightly less than zero)

could be a "flipped negative" or whatever the digital equivalent is called. you see it done quite often..

The tattoos are on different arms because that first pic is DOUGIE from McFly not Danny!

That pic of Dougie is from "I'm a Celebrity..." which he won. Danny took his clothes off to celebrate Dougie's win.

The story was Danny bet Tom that if Dougie one he'd take a nude pic and post on Twitter... I follow all four of the boys and was DISAPPOINTED to the max when I saw he was covering up :(
