Uhm, for me, it's that my boss is stretching me out with duties. She thinks that just because I'm young and energetic that I could be doing a million things at once. As of now, I'm in charge of 6 major projects and even though I don't feel completely overwhelmed yet, it's annoying that she just keeps throwing projects at me.

Don't ask.
The most annoying thing for me right now is seeing my older siblings take advantage of my baby sister (who by the way is my favorite sibling) generosity and kindness. When they are in a situation, she's there to support them in every way possible. However, once things are back to normal in their lives, they have nothing to do with her. Also, when she is faced with adversity in her life, no of them are there for her. I am very protective over her and I do not allow any of my siblings to take advantage of her especially if I'm around.
