Arie boomsma
Arie Boomsma is a jury chairman of Mr. Gay Netherlands 2010.
The presenter of the new TV program KROS The Cabinet will have the key
voting during the finals in August.
"Homosexuality has much to do with identity. I can not stand when people,
and especially youth, can not be who they want to. I like it that I was on this
stage have a way to do something about it, "says Boomsma. During the previous two editions of the election drew believer candidates withdrew because of adverse reactions from their surroundings.
Boomsma launched last month, the book The man and his body that he and
Stephan Sanders said. Boomsma caused uproar last year by the cover
LHomo of posing. Wednesday, May 26 transmits the first episode of the KRG KROS The Cabinet, in which the presenter follows young gays in their coming out.
Last year Arie Boomsma caused quite some controversy by appearing partially undressed in a lifestyle magazine called L’Homo.
Arie was suspended for three months and came back with the intention to make a television show for which non-Christian comedians were asked to create short acts about Jesus of Nazareth. The planned show caused too much uproar among the network’s members and was cancelled. Soon afterwards Arie Boomsma left the Evangelical Broadcast Network.
Well controversial or not, the pictures are still worth some attention. Enjoy!
