It's a VBulletin module that serve at auto maintaining, create statistics and optimize table in database... it's shouldn't normally be shown to members. And the number may be the size of the database for which the table has been optimized for.

This is the number of database queries that has been executed on cached data instead of "live" database. But either the number might be somewhat exaggerated, or vB has no built-in caching by default...
